The Chester Planning Commission (newly formed June 2018) consists of seven members which serve a three-year term. Members are below. Meetings are held at Chester City Hall on the last Thursday of every month at 5p.m. (unless otherwise posted). The city maintains a database of Commercial Properties that may be available for sale or lease. The Planning Commission has established a business incentive opportunity.
