The Fall Festival Committee proudly announces this year’s Parade Marshall! Collette Powley! Collette has dedicated many years to the Chester Parks and Recreation Board and we think it is only fitting to honor her in one of our major events.
This competition plays an important role in the 2022 Fall Festival. This voluntary role is not arduous, although title holders are required to take part in a few events post crowning.
For candidates involved in the competition it offers an opportunity for greater community involvement, support and promotion of your group, organization, family, etc., helping fund the ever favorite Fireworks Display and the possibility of being awarded a prestigious title.
