A Gothic stone structure built in 1864 as the annex to the Randolph County Court House. It now serves as a museum for artifacts that display the rich history of the early French settlers to the area. Next door is the Randolph County Court House with an observation deck on the fifth floor for a great view of the Mississippi River and Missouri farmlands in the flood plain.
